Another Fresh Egg designed website has just been launched!Curlformers ® are a very modern twist on the traditional hair roller and can be used to create glossy curls without subjecting hair to harsh heat and damage associated with using styling irons.They can be used as a DIY hair treatment or by professional salons.They were introduced to the US market by Hair Flair Ltd and Sally Beauty Supply, the world’s largest retailer of professional beauty supplies in 2008.

Fresh Egg completed web design for the project in a little under two weeks as ideally the site had to be live for the Christmas gift market.It is now embarking on an aggressive SEO campaign to assist the site getting good positioning in Google SERPs.    Web design incorporated a lively, colourful and fun feel that reflects the nature and character of the product.Content is equally lively and multi-media with detailed product descriptions, full instructions and FAQs, style ideas and a selection of demonstration videos in English, German, French, Spanish and Japanese.  The site aims to be an entertaining and informative online shopping experience for “girls who want curls”.

As part of the overall website design, Fresh Egg also developed a WordPress blog.  This offers fresh site content that allows an informal sales approach as well as conveying useful information in a context that is in keeping with the tone of the product and is extremely SEO friendly.A blog also delivers organic inbound link opportunities as well as interaction with socially focused sites like DIGG that will build quality organic links and enhance long term search effectiveness.

Since their original launch in the USA, interest in and demand for Curlformers® has been quite incredible, with fans uploading videos to YouTube to show styles and curls they have been able to achieve. The rapidly increasing demand for Curlformers from around the world persuaded the company increase production capacity in order to make Curlformers ®more widely available.
